Integrating healthy habits into your daily life might seem to be very tasking and constraining lifestyle, that isn’t a good notion. From my experience as one who always detested a routine lifestyle, I can only say it begins with a step; the journey to better physical, mental, and emotional health — a step indicating a conscious decision to live a healthy and vibrant life.

A healthy lifestyle demands consistency, determination, strong will, commitment, sacrifices. If you often visualize your future self as a strong and vibrant woman, these healthy morning and night habits will come in very handy regardless of your age. Maybe you’ve probably never imagined the appearance of your future self, then taking that life-changing “step” of adjusting your world to fit in these routines is highly recommended.

It’s important to note that my blog doesn’t aim to make your life rigid and less spontaneous but aims to guide you on your remarkable, fun journey to a healthy life.

P.S: According to experts, listening to your favorite music playlist while engaging in the various routines makes the tasks seem fun and enjoyable and enhances performance and focus.
